2. Platform purpose

Course Check is an independent review and trust scoring platform for online course creators, coaches and mentors. We do not endorse, recommend or sell any course or program. All trust scores and risk signals are based on public signals and user submissions.

3. User reviews

By submitting a review you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience. You must not submit false, fabricated or defamatory reviews. You must not submit reviews you were paid, incentivised or coerced to submit. Course Check reserves the right to remove any review that violates these terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited on Course Check:

• Submitting false, misleading or defamatory content
• Filing fraudulent profile claims
• Attempting to manipulate trust scores
• Harassing creators, reviewers or platform staff
• Using the platform to spam or conduct unauthorised data collection
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures

5. Creator profiles

Profiles are created from publicly available information. If you are a creator and believe information about your profile is inaccurate, you may submit a claim request. Course Check will review and respond within 5 business days.

6. Disclaimer

Course Check provides information for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information on the platform. Trust scores are calculated from imperfect data and should not be the sole basis of any purchase decision.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
